Touch Sensor Circuit step by step instructions.
Hi, my dear friends! In this tutorial, I will show you how to make a simple Touch Sensor by yourself at your home for (Cheap & Instant). It’s very easy and quick to make. You don’t need any special skills to make it. In this touch sensor circuit, I have used 12v dc Motor. You can replace 12v Dc Motor with 12v Buzzer. When our hand touches point, the Circuit will produce a sound by 12v Buzzer. It can be used the alarm for security, This touch sensor will help you to guard your house, shop, vehicle and other things. the wire connects to any metal such our doors or in metal knobs. When a person opens the door, the alarm will be activated. So friends if you want to know how to make a simple Touch Sensor follow my instructions.
The components you will require for making this Touch Sensor Circuit:
- C1815 Transistor – (3) Nos.
- 1k Resistor
- 12V DC Motor
- 9V Battery
- 9V Battery Connector
Steps to make a Touch Sensor:
Step 1: First, take three C1815 Transistors and solder them first one Transistor of the Base to second one of the Emitter and second one of the Base to the third one of the Emitter as shown below.
Step 2: Now solder 1k Resistor to second and third one Transistor of the Collector as shown below.
Step 3: Connect the 12v dc motor wire to 9v battery connector of the positive wire as shown below.
Step 4: Now solder positive of the battery connector and dc motor wire to second one transistor of the Collector as shown below.
Step 5: Solder second wire of the motor to first one transistor of the Collector as shown below.
Step 6: Now solder negative wire of the battery connector to first one transistor of the Emitter as shown below.
Step 7: Solder small wire to third one transistor of the Base as shown below.
Step 8: Attach the battery connector to the 9v battery as shown below.
Step 9: Now will rotate dc motor when somebody touches the third one transistor of the Base wire as shown below.
Now Your “Touch Sensor Circuit” is ready! Enjoy!
